I’m Emily Manning and I study at Texas State University. I’m a Mass Communications major with a concentration on Digital Media Innovation and a Media Studies minor. I work a lot with social media advertising and I currently run a few accounts myself. I’ve previously worked as one of the social media directors at Texas State’s college radio station, KTSW 89.9 but now work for a few local Austin businesses running social accounts and doing analytics. I have knowledge in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, PremierPro, and can code HTML/CSS. I have worked with UX/UI design and social media analytics.
I love watching and critiquing movies. I would love to work in Hollywood one day. I want to direct and produce movies or work in the advertising and promoting side of media. One of my favorite movies is La La Land, and I love giving people good movie recommendations. I always love finding new movies and even hope to make my own one day!
